At Discoverabruzzowine, we keep shipping simple and predictable. This page explains our flat-rate shipping fee, processing times, delivery estimates, cut-off time, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1) Shipping Fee (Flat Rate)

Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 per order

The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you pay.

The flat rate applies to standard shipping only (unless your checkout shows another option).
Important: The $6.99 fee covers packing and shipping handling costs. It does not guarantee delivery speed beyond the estimated timeframes below.
2) Order Cut-Off Time
To help you understand when your order “starts processing,” we use a daily cut-off time:

Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)

Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT typically begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT begin processing the next business day.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
3) Processing Time (Preparing Your Order)
Before shipping, we confirm your order details, pack the items, and hand them off to the carrier.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Processing time is separate from shipping time. “Processing” means your order is being prepared, not in transit yet.
4) Estimated Delivery Time (Shipping Transit)
Once your order ships, delivery depends on the carrier and destination.

Estimated Shipping Transit: 5–7 business days
5) Total Estimated Delivery Time
Your total delivery estimate is:

Total Estimated Delivery: 6–10 business days
(1–3 business days processing + 5–7 business days transit)
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, and address issues can affect delivery times.
6) Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your shipment, we will send a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
7) Shipping Destinations

We ship to the address you enter at checkout.

Make sure your address is complete and correct (street number, unit/apartment, zip code).
If an address is incomplete or incorrect, the package may be delayed, returned, or marked undeliverable.
8) Address Errors & Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:

incorrect/invalid address,
-
missing unit/suite number,
-
refusal by recipient,
-
or failure to pick up from carrier,
we can reship it, but:

you may need to pay a new shipping fee, or
-
you may request a refund for the item(s) (shipping fees are non-refundable) depending on the situation and condition of the returned package.
9) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking says “delivered” but you don’t have it:

Check with neighbors/building staff/mailroom.

Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

Contact the carrier to ask for delivery details.
If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help review the case.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the packaging and the item(s).
We’ll evaluate and offer a reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.
10) Delays Outside Our Control
Sometimes carriers do carrier-things (aka chaos). Delays can occur due to:

severe weather,
-
holidays/peak season,
-
carrier operational disruptions,
-
customs (if applicable),
-
incorrect address info.
We’ll assist you, but we can’t override the carrier’s timelines.
