4) What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

After receiving a complete DMCA Notice, we may:

  • remove or disable access to the content,

  • notify the party responsible for the content (if applicable),

  • take steps to prevent repeat infringement where appropriate.

We may also request additional information if needed to verify the claim.

5) Counter-Notification (If You Believe It Was Removed by Mistake)

If content you posted was removed and you believe it was a mistake (or you have permission/license), you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notice including:

  1. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)

  2. The URL(s) and description of the removed content

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification

  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., consent to a U.S. jurisdiction where we are located)

  5. Your physical or electronic signature

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files legal action within the timeframe required by law.

6) Repeat Infringers

If we determine that a user repeatedly infringes copyright, we may:

  • remove their content,

  • restrict access,

  • or permanently block them from using our services.
